We’re working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Birmingham who are looking for confident, reliable STEM graduates to step in as Cover Supervisors. No teaching qualification needed, just strong subject knowledge and the confidence to lead a classroom. What you’ll be doing Think of it as being the calm, capable presence in the room when the teacher’s away.
