About the Role
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance is responsible for overseeing & managing all regional Retailer Performance activities within the designated Genesis Region. These oversite activities include, but are not limited to, Keystone Program execution & performance, Field Consulting Strategy, monitoring regional KPIs, key retailer performance engagement, financial Statement analysis and Core Operational Performance Program (COPP).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Use advanced knowledge to lead consulting actions with retailers identified for the COPP program.
Exercise independent judgement in the daily analysis of the regions Keystone matrix.
Provide, as needed, field training for DPM, MMO, Market View, Service View & ICON systems.
Oversee, measure, track & analyze all regional KPIs, providing recommendations for all areas of opportunity.
Work closely with the ROMs/FOMs to identify key retailers for direct field consulting actions.
Assist in the setup and launch of new Genesis Retailers
Using the ICON system, identify financially “at-risk” retailers.
As needed, partner with the National Office to develop and implement pilot programs to improve the overall retailer performance (operational and financial).
Support the Regional General Manager with the Governance process (OCM/PRM)
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Dealer Performance (DPM) & ICON Dashboards.
Perform all other assigned duties (duties that are ancillary to this position and/or complement the essential duties), as required.
Managerial/development responsibility for team members, as needed.
Budget management authority, as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree a plus.
Eight or more years of wholesale related automotive experienced desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
Retailer Consulting or Performance management experience.
Budget Management oversite.
