<p><strong>Team Manager needed in South west London Paying £29.79 per hr ref OR99954</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basi</strong></p>
</p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of a specialist advice and enforcement team</li>
<li>Oversee complex casework relating to the advertising, letting, and ending of private rented sector tenancies</li>
<li>Ensure residents receive accurate, timely, person‑centred and trauma‑informed advice on their rights and protections</li>
<li>Lead on enforcement activity, including evidence gathering to standards admissible in court</li>
<li>Work with Legal Services to bring criminal prosecutions and issue and recover civil penalty fines</li>
<li>Ensure breaches of tenancy legislation are investigated and enforced lawfully, proportionately, and consistently</li>
<li>Drive service improvement, develop operational policy, and maintain high-quality practice standards</li>
<li>Build strong partnership working with Homelessness Prevention services and partners across Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Health, VAWG services, and voluntary sector organisations</li>
