Property sales lead generator

Our client is a highly successful property company located in newly refurbished offices in South Manchester. A progressive developer with a growing portfolio of off plan properties and a reputation for building high quality products, they now have an opportunity for a sales lead agent within their team.

Working alongside their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, speaking with potential investors from the UK and globally. We are looking for a highly professional, tenacious, sales driven candidate who is looking for a ‘foot in the door’ opportunity within a market leading property investment company, offering a lucrative package and genuine career progression within 6-12 months.

They are looking for a highly motivated salesperson, who can confidently build relationships with new and existing investment clients. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.

You should possess some telephone-based sales experience, ideally within the property industry and the role would suit a candidate of graduate calibre perhaps with 1-2 years’ experience within a sales driven environment.

The role will initially be offering a basic salary of £17-£20k, with a realistic OTE of £50k plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
