Recruitment Consultant - Education

Brighton – Hybrid (one day from home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (neg) + commission (no threshold, market leading)

My client is a lively and ambitious education recruitment agency based in Brighton, supporting schools across Sussex and beyond. They’re not a traditional firm – collaboration, energy and personality are at the heart of everything they do.

They’re now looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy desk. This is a role where you’ll build lasting relationships, work at pace, and see the direct impact of your efforts every single day.

The Role

• Build and develop relationships with schools and educators

• Fill both temporary and long-term bookings across the region

• Manage your own desk with the support of an experienced team

• Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates under pressure and at speed

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment, sales or education experience (attitude is key)

• Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner

• A resilient, proactive and solutions-focused approach

• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team spirit, positivity, and the drive to succeed
