<p><b>The Opportunity</b></p>
<p>Our client is looking for a <b>Junior Sales Executive</b>, someone ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to build a long-term career in luxury sales.</p>
<p>You do not need extensive luxury experience. You do need drive, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn.</p>
<p>This role is designed as a development pathway into a fully-fledged Sales Executive position. You will be trained, supported, and gradually given ownership of client relationships and transactions as your capability grows.</p>
<p>This is not simply a retail role. It is the start of a career in premium, consultative sales within a nationally recognised specialist business.</p>
<p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing enquiries from clients looking to buy or sell luxury watches.</li>
<li>Speaking confidently with clients via phone, email, and in-person appointments.</li>
<li>Supporting senior team members on live transactions.</li>
<li>Preparing and presenting quotations clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Building trusted, long-term client relationships.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation.</li>
<li>Assisting with stock listings and pricing discussions.</li>
<li>Helping create short-form video and social content.</li>
<li>Gradually taking ownership of deals as your experience develops.</li>
<li>Working towards clear performance targets.</li>
</ul>

<p>Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential.</p>
<p><b>What You’ll Get:</b></p>

<li><b>Salary:</b> £24,000 – £26,000 depending on experience.</li>
<li><b>Bonus:</b> Up to 10% performance bonus + annual Christmas bonus.</li>
<li><b>Holiday:</b> 29 days including Bank Holidays.</li>
<li><b>Hours:</b> 35-hour week (Monday – Friday) with alternate Saturdays (those weeks are 33.5 hours with a weekday off).</li>
<li><b>Pension:</b> Workplace Pension Scheme.</li>
<li><b>Development:</b> Clear pathway into a Sales Executive role.</li>
<li><b>Training:</b> Ongoing coaching in consultative sales, negotiation, and product expertise, plus structured industry training (including NAJ-accredited programmes) as part of your progression.</li>
