About the Role
<p><strong>Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Salary up to <strong>£36,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits</strong></li>
<li>23 days holiday + bank holidays</li>
<li>Additional days holiday per service year (up to 28 days)</li>
<li>Pension scheme</li>
<li>Permanent role</li>

<p>I am currently working with a highly efficient and well equipped Bodyshop who are now looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in <strong>Weybridge</strong> area.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will be responsible for the meet and greet of customers, bookings, courtesy car diary control, and customer updates.</li>
<li>Liaising with third party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.</li>
<li>As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><br /><strong>As a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor</strong> <strong>you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have worked / or currently working within a similar role within an accident repair centre or within the Motor Trade.</li>
<li>These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus.</li>
<li>You must have similar experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade ideally within an accident reapir centre</li>
