We’re looking for a dedicated, flexible, and proactive Team Leader to join our clients’ growing organisation. This a crucial role that ensures the consistent, high-quality, and responsive delivery of care across the county.
As a Team Leader, you will work across multiple locations, including support with Devon locations when needed. This role demands a high level of flexibility and minimal personal restrictions on availability, as you'll be stepping in where support is needed most.

As a Team Leader, you will work across multiple locations, including support with Devon locations when needed. This role demands a high level of flexibility and minimal personal restrictions on availability, as you'll be stepping in where support is needed most.

Package :

  • Full time permanent contract and guaranteed hours
  • £14ph weekdays and £17ph weekend
  • Mileage and travel time covered
  • All PPE and equipment provided to work within role
  • Fully funded training and development, including complex care modules

  • Supporting service user sign-ups and onboarding
  • Conducting spot checks and quality audits
  • Providing field-based supervision and staff support
  • Delivering or assisting with care packages as required
  • Becoming trained and competent in complex care provision, with ongoing upskilling
  • Maintaining accurate communication and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or currently working toward it)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential
  • Able to travel through Cornwall and Devon without any restrictions whilst on shift
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medication handling, and person-centred care
  • Excellent people management and field supervision skills
  • Sponsorship may be offered for the right candidate
  • A solution-focused mindset and calm approach to changing service needs
