Operations Director

An established and growing children’s care provider is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and develop a portfolio of residential services across the North West. This is a business entering a growth phase, making it an excellent opportunity for an Operations Director who wants genuine influence, visibility, and future progression into executive leadership. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive operational performance, strengthen service quality, support Registered Managers, and ensure homes consistently achieve strong Ofsted outcomes while maintaining a child-centred culture.
