Learning Disability Social Worker - Blackpool
£30 per hour | Hybrid Working

We have an exciting opportunity for qualified and experienced Social Workers to join a dedicated Learning Disability Team in Blackpool.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with up to 2 days working from home and 3 days office-based. Please note, the role may require participation in duty work, which is office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Safeguarding Lead, coordinating and undertaking safeguarding enquiries
• Carry out assessments and reviews in line with the Care Act 2014
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support adults with learning disabilities

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
• Proven experience in learning disability services
• Strong background in safeguarding and Care Act assessments
• Ability to manage a varied and dynamic caseload
