About the Role
A large, well established food manufacturer in Tucker, GA is hiring a Production Manager to join their team! This position will lead daily production operations at a growing facility and make a direct impact on safety, quality, and output. This is primarily a 1st shift role with oversight responsibility across all shifts. Salary range is $110,000–$130,000 and is a Direct Hire Responsibilities Manage daily production operations for the facilityDevelop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to support food safety, product quality, and workplace organizationDevelop KPIs and report on weekly and monthly production trendsProvide leadership to production personnel to meet plant goals through continuous process improvementDrive employee engagement, training, and development to improve safety, quality, and productivityDevelop and manage the annual production operating budgetEnsure regulatory compliance, including OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, FLSA, EEO, OFCCP, and NLRB requirementsSupport the facility's food safety and quality programs Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment5+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing environmentExperience with food packaging equipment and packaging materialsStrong computer skills, including experience with ERP/MRP and warehouse management systemsProven track record using continuous improvement tools to drive safety, quality, and financial resultsExperience with financial planning, budgeting, and variance reporti To apply for the Production Manager position, submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application at impactstaffing.com.
