The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join its thriving national team.

Key Responsibilities You will be involved in a varied caseload including:
- Landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, dilapidations and lease renewals
- Possession actions, trespass and squatter matters
- Service charge disputes
- Land and development-related disputes
- Strategic property and occupancy advice
- Acting for a diverse client base including large corporates, property owners and social housing providers
- Supporting business development activities and building strong professional relationships
- Working closely with senior lawyers to develop technical expertise across all aspects of property litigation
About You The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
- Demonstrate strong academic ability and excellent technical skills
- Be proactive, organised and capable of managing a varied caseload
- Have strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Be a genuine team player with a collaborative mindset
- Show interest in business development and building professional networks
- Be motivated to develop within a leading national Property Litigation practice
