As a key team member, you will <strong>oversee the planning, creation, and implementation of electrical and control system projects</strong> that enhance the operations and long-term infrastructure development.</p> </p> <p>Your role will involve collaborating with various departments such as engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, and external vendors to deliver projects that boost <strong>security, dependability, and efficiency</strong> throughout the facility.</p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related engineering field</strong></li> <li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> dealing with industrial controls, PLC, or DCS systems</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Allen-Bradley PLC programming and industrial process instrumentation</strong>, or a strong eagerness to learn</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>SCADA/HMI platforms like GE Proficy iFIX</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Strong <strong>troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination abilities</strong></li> <li>Effective communication with <strong>both technical and non-technical partners</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the <strong>design, creation, and implementation of electrical and control system projects</strong>, covering both new setups and enhancements to existing manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Create <strong>project scopes, budgets, and timelines</strong> to guarantee projects are done safely, on time, and within budget.</li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>in-house teams and outside contractors</strong> to carry out engineering and construction operations.</li> <li>Handle the entire project cycle, from <strong>conceptualization to system startup</strong>, ensuring projects meet specifications and financial constraints.</li> <li>Monitor project progress and expenses from <strong>start to finish</strong>, sharing updates and adjusting plans accordingly.</li> <li>Help with <strong>plant automation, control systems, and power distribution infrastructure</strong>, including PLC and process instrumentation installations.</li> <li>Aid operations and maintenance teams in <strong>troubleshooting and fixing technical problems</strong> with plant systems.</li> <li>Guarantee projects comply with <strong>safety, environmental, and regulatory standards</strong>, including relevant OSHA and process safety regulations.</li> <li>Contribute to the preparation of <strong>operational procedures and training materials</strong> related to new systems and process enhancements.</li> </ul> <p>This role reports to the <strong>Engineering Services Manager</strong> and comes with a comprehensive benefits package encompassing <strong>healthcare, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, retirement options, paid time off, and holiday pay.</strong></p> </section> <section class="hiring-job-information__job-details"> <section class="mb3"></section> </section> </article> </div> <div class="hiring-job-information__show-more"> </div> </div>
