Associate SW Engineer- Java

· Understand business domain, analyze requirements. · Design, develop code, tests and maintain code for Resolve online application releases · Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members including vendor partner teams · Effectively participate in the technology proof-of-concepts and learn new technologies and frameworks · Understand and enhance coding guidelines and participate in code review processes · Create and maintain technical documentation · Collaborate with Requirements & Analysis group, QA team and Production · Support team to ensure project alignment This is a hybrid position. Qualifikationen Basic Qualifications · Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications · Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Communication Engineering or a related field · Strong Core Java skills and one of the frontend technologies · Excellent programming skills · Demonstrated ability to build object-oriented designs · Strong ability to collaborate · Highly driven and resourceful · AI and generative AI skills are highly desirable.
