Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities of an Early Years TA:
Deliver tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements for the Early Years TA:
Experience working with children with Early Years is highly desirable.
