Key Responsibilities of an Early Years TA: Deliver tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.  Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment. Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
