  • Total Rewards & Performance: Oversee or support compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks that ensure competitiveness, fairness, and business alignment.
  • Transformation & Culture: Lead or contribute to transformation initiatives (e.g., restructuring, M&A) and strengthen a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
  • HR Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global HR standards and local labor laws; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across HR processes.
  • Employee Representation: For the country role: manage Works Council and Economic Committee relations, ensuring transparent communication and constructive negotiation.
  • HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop HR teams, build capability, and foster a culture of impact, collaboration, and strategic partnership.
  • Data‑Driven HR & Business Impact: Use people analytics and KPIs to inform decisions, anticipate workforce trends, and demonstrate clear impact on business performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English and German language skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Ability to leverage HR metrics, KPIs, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and measure business impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising and challenging senior leadership teams; strong capability to act as a trusted partner on strategic, organizational, and leadership matters; proven success in global HR strategy.
  • Strong experience in transformation, talent strategy, and complex employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor law and proven experience in managing Works Council
