For this permanent position in our SCM team in Innsbruck, we are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join us at the earliest possible date. Essential for SAP integration.
- Order processing and coordination of shipping of sensitive and high-quality products to customers and warehouses
- Monitoring delivery dates and preparing the necessary shipping documents (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin)
- Assembling packaging and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
- Supporting order processing and ensuring the supply of raw materials, processing payment requests and checking invoices.
- Managing suppliers and logistics service providers
- Working closely with other departments, in particular sales, customer support and production
- Experience in logistics/procurement or a degree in supply chain management or similar education
- International professional experience or time spent abroad is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, work independently, organisational skills, reliability, flexibility, accuracy and good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good computer skills (Office)
