We’re looking for a Resident Services Manager (Multi-Site) to support a growing portfolio of high-quality residential buildings across London. This is a unique, multi-site role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone adaptable, proactive, and passionate about service excellence.
The Role
As a Resident Services Manager, you’ll act as a flexible operational expert across multiple sites—stepping in where needed, supporting teams, and ensuring a consistently outstanding resident experience. From covering site operations to coaching teams and driving improvements, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the portfolio.
Location: London (multi-site across portfolio)
Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 + Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Support
n- Provide on-site cover for team members and site leaders during holidays, sickness, or vacancies
- Step seamlessly into front-of-house and operational roles
- Act as a senior on-site presence, supporting decision-making and resolving issues

Resident Experience
n- Deliver and maintain a high-quality, consistent resident experience
- Handle escalated queries and ensure swift, effective resolutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the resident journey
n
Standards & Performance
n- Drive consistency in service delivery, presentation, and operational processes
- Support site teams to maintain high-performing, well-run buildings
- Identify gaps and implement improvements
n
Training & Team Development
n- Support onboarding and training of front-of-house teams
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and confidence
- Act as a go-to support for new starters and underperforming sites

Audit & Compliance
n- Conduct regular audits across sites (service standards, H&S, systems)
- Produce clear reports with actionable recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Projects & Continuous Improvement
n- Contribute to operational and strategic projects
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and performance
- Work closely with senior leadership on business-wide improvements

What We’re Looking For
n- Experience in residential, hospitality, or operational environments (BTR or co-living a plus)
- Strong understanding of front-of-house and building operations
- Experience working across multiple sites or in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Confident using operational systems and reporting tools
