Your mission
- Contribute to multidisciplinary research projects in industrial drug discovery
- Independently plan and perform CE-SDS, HPLC, and LC-MS-based analytical methods for protein characterization and quality control Develop and optimize analytical methods (particularly HPLC-based) for protein analysis
- Establish data evaluation methods according to industry standards
- Ensure agreed quality standards and timelines
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repair and maintenance tasks on analytical instruments
- Accurately document all procedures and analyze data in compliance with internal and client-specific requirements
Your profile
- Completed training as CTA, MTA, BTA, or chemical/biological laboratory technician, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (no PhD)
- Hands-on experience in HPLC-based protein analytics and/or light scattering methods, ideally in an industrial setting
- High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovative and challenging work
- Careful, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented, communicative, service-minded, and analytically strong
- Experience with Chromeleon and good MS Office skills
- Good command of German and English
