Functieomschrijving
- Process and manage customer orders and monitor progress in the ERP system (MS Dynamics).
- Coordinate projects across multiple internal departments within the Order-to-Cash process.
- Check stock availability and provide accurate forecasts for warehouse planning.
- Align delivery schedules with supply chain and keep customers informed proactively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate administration, data, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Profiel
- Holds a completed mbo-level education.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a customer service, commercial support, or similar role.
- Communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Is customer-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working under time pressure.
- Takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a team environment.
- Lives in or near Deventer and is based in the Netherlands.
