Bear Development Aids in Kenosha County’s Human Services Building Restoration
Kenosha County has planned a significant renovation project for its Human Services building and is applying for state economic development funds. The Sun Plaza, the property to be redeveloped by Bear Development, will become the new location for 11 county services. A purchase agreement was approved between the county and Bear Development, with the project planning to leverage cost-saving tax credits through a lease and buyback arrangement.
