Classroom Supervisor

A large and well-regarded secondary school in Northumberland is looking for a confident and reliable Classroom Supervisor to join the team.

The Role

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent way
• Ensure students stay on task and complete work set
• Provide support and guidance where needed
• Follow school policies and maintain a structured environment
• Report back to teaching staff on progress and behaviour

You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning across the school.
