CNC Mill Setup Operator Full-Time Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 05/12/2026 Compensation: 16.00-26.00 / Hourly Benefit Offered: YES

Our client, a previsions metals manufacturer and machine shop, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Mill Setup Operator, to join their winning team in Pittsburgh.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• You should have about 5 years of experience setting up and running Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers. Knowledge of 4th axis is a plus.
• CNC Machine tools that they will used are Okuma, Mori Seiki, Kitamura, and Haas.
• Must be able to edit programs at the machine. Main programming duties will be performed by the CNC programmer off line.
• A strong understanding of G and M codes is a must.
• A strong knowledge of milling tooling is required.
• Ability to problem solve is a must.
• Must be able to convey work instructions to operators and work with them in a positive manner
