Shropshire - QSW - Fostering Team

Shropshire Council is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Fostering Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment and make a real difference to the lives of children and families.

Location: SY2 6ND, Shropshire
Rate: £28.55 - 33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Work Style: Mostly remote with 2-3 in-office meetings per month
Coverage: Whole of Shropshire

Role Responsibilities:

• Support and assess foster carers to ensure positive outcomes for children
• Manage complex cases within fostering services
• Collaborate closely with multi-agency teams

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Fostering experience and strong case management skills
