<p><strong>HR Business Partner</strong></p>
<p><strong>Leighton Buzzard – £50,000</strong></p>
<p><strong>Maternity Cover – 12 Months fixed term </strong></p>
<p>We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a company based in Leighton Buzzard. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join an established team and lead on HR initiatives in the business.</p>
<p>
<strong>The key responsibilities of the role:</strong></p>
<p>
• Provide strategic HR advice to the business and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives<br />
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures<br />
• Develop and maintain a talent management system, including performance management and succession planning<br />
• Manage employee relations issues, e.g. disciplinary, grievances, etc.<br />
• Lead on recruitment activities, including job adverts, interviewing, and onboarding<br />
• Liaise with external advisors, such as legal and employment law consultants, on matters relating to HR<br />
• Manage the payroll process<br />
• Monitor HR trends and best practice</p>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong><br />
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role<br />
• Proven experience in a financial services environment<br />
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />
• Knowledge of UK employment law and best practice<br />
• Good organisational and time management skills<br />
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent</p>
