Residential Property Manager required to oversee the day-to-day management of a busy residential lettings portfolio, with a strong focus on tenancy progression, renewals, compliance, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full tenant lifecycle, from initial move-in through to renewals and check-out. You will ensure all tenancy documentation is accurate, up to date, and fully compliant, while proactively managing renewals to minimise void periods and maintain strong occupancy levels.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator:

• Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
• Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service
