Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up press brake machines by selecting the appropriate punches and dies
Accurately position and align sheet metal for bending operations
Program CNC controls, including bend angles, pressure, and back gauge settings
Operate press brake equipment and monitor production for quality and accuracy
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure specifications are met
Identify and troubleshoot issues during the bending process
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of CNC press brake controls and basic programming
Solid math skills, including calculating angles and measurements
Commitment to quality and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
