Previous experience in Field Service within the Medical Device sector is preferred. The role involves servicing automated robotic lab instruments in the greater <em><span style="text-decoration: underline">Nashville, TN</span></em> area. Starting salary range of $65K – $85K, with potential for additional annual income of $4K – $10K from overtime and performance bonuses, potentially more, plus Company Vehicle.</span></strong></div>
<div><strong><span lang="EN">Applicants should have a strong background in electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting, along with prior experience servicing medical lab equipment or medical devices.</span></strong></div>

<div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li><strong>A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related field is mandatory.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Demonstrated proficiency in electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Occasional overnight travel may be required.</strong></li>
<li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">At least 3 years of experience</span> as a field service engineer.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Prior experience in servicing medical lab analyzers or similar medical instruments is highly desired.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Vaccination against COVID-19 is a prerequisite for this role.</strong></li>

<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Participate in the installation, maintenance, and preventive care of the equipment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Build and maintain strong customer relationships.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with the Field Support Group to resolve issues.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Manage inventory in the company vehicle, including tools, spare parts, etc.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Conduct basic on-site training on equipment operation.</strong></li>
