About the role: Justteachers is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Keighley on a long-term basis. This full-time role is due to commence in September , with shortlisting currently underway. The school places a strong emphasis on behaviour support and pupil wellbeing, providing a structured and nurturing environment to help learners develop positive behaviours and re‑engage with their education. Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs on a one‑to‑one or small‑group basis Promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils with emotional regulation strategies Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEND teams to support individual progress Pre-requisites: Relevant experience working in a behaviour mentor, pastoral, or SEND-based role Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural or SEMH needs A strong understanding of behaviour management and de‑escalation techniques Two education or school‑based references
