Base pay up to $180,000 annually

The role:
As Senior Project Manager you will oversee the coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. The company specializes in delivering large-scale Data Center projects for internal operations and collaborates with Fortune 500 companies on customized ventures.
Duties:
On-site management of Data Center projects
Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms
Manage budgets and schedules
Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
Interaction with power and fiber companies
Essentials:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, electrical, or mechanical
4+ years Construction and Project Management experience is required, most of which in Data Center projects
Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
Open to frequent travel on site
