About the Role

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales; Develop and execute sales strategy for: · Spares · Repair (PPD + service stations) · LUV pumps – spares & repair · Retrofit solutions · Reverse engineering services Identify and generate new business opportunities in utility power plants (approx. 14 units of utility PP ) . 2. Account Management · Build strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement · Increase share of business from existing customers · Ensure repeat orders and long-term service contracts 3. Installed Base & Competition Mapping · Map installed base of pumps across assigned power plants · Track competitor presence and develop strategies to penetrate accounts · Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities 4. Technical Sales Support · Work closely with engineering/service teams for: Repair solutions · Reverse engineering proposals · Retrofit opportunities · Promote mechanical seal and related offerings 5. Market Intelligence · Track power generation trends and upcoming maintenance schedules · Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and positioning 6. Coordination & Execution · Coordinate with service stations and PPD teams for execution of repair jobs · Ensure timely submission of offers, follow-ups, and order closures · Support project execution and customer satisfaction Key Deliverables (KPIs) · Order intake / sales revenue · Conversion ratio of opportunities · Growth in aftermarket business · Customer retention & repeat business · Installed base penetration KSB is a leading supplier of pumps, valves and related service.
