<p><span>On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an organised and adaptable Administration Assistant to join their team. Within this varied position, you will be working as part of a team providing varied support across project and recruitment administration.</span></p>
<p><strong><span>Key duties:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Format CVs</span></li>
<li><span>Search for candidates using internal database, LinkedIn and other channels</span></li>
<li><span>Write and proofread job adverts</span></li>
<li><span>Upload job adverts to internal and external sites</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare consultants contracts</span></li>
<li><span>Source candidates for open vacancies</span></li>
<li><span>Make travel arrangements, organising visas, booking flights, hotels and other transport</span></li>
<li><span>Drafting letters, sending correspondence requesting timesheets</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare client invoices</span></li>
<li><span>Provide administrative support to projects leaders</span></li>
<li><span>Update the internal databases with project updates</span></li>

<p><strong><span>Skills and Experience:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong><span>Must have previous administration experience with an office environment</span></strong></li>
<li><strong><span>Must have GCSE grades of B and above in both English and Maths</span></strong></li>
<li><span>Ability to multitask and juggle priorities</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent communication skills</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent eye for detail</span></li>
<li><span>Previous recruitment experience – <strong>desirable</strong></span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span>This role is working 36.25 hours per week Monday – Friday.</span></strong></p>

<p><strong><span>This role does offer hybrid working. The split is 2 days working from the office and 3 days at home. You must be within a commutable distance to attend the office 5 days per week whilst training.</span></strong></p>
