<div>Our client in central Ohio is a reputable CPA firm specializing in services for Not-For-Profits (NFP’s) and is currently expanding its team. As part of their growth, they are looking for experienced professionals to join them.</div>

<div>They are currently in need of a skilled Form 990 Preparer with extensive experience in preparing and submitting IRS Form 990 returns for nonprofit organizations. The successful candidate must possess a keen eye for detail, a solid grasp of nonprofit tax laws, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and assess Form 990, 990-EZ, and associated schedules</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely compliance with IRS regulations</li>
<li>Analyze financial records and supporting documents</li>
<li>Engage with clients to collect required information and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Stay informed about changes in nonprofit tax regulations and reporting standards</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>Core Qualifications:</strong></div>

<li>Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in preparing and filing Form 990 returns</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of nonprofit accounting and tax adherence</li>
<li>Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>CPA or EA certification (preferred but not mandatory)</li>
<li>Experience working with various nonprofit organizations</li>
