Trainee Paint Sprayer / Coat Operative

Abatec is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Paint Sprayer / Coat Operative for our client’s Production Team based in Yatton. No prior experience is required, but punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills are imperative. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The company are offering:

• Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
• No weekends
• Full training provided
• Progression and upskilling

Key Responsibilities include:

• Operating on site machinery and equipment within a designated area
• Preparing and masking products and components
• Paint spraying products and components to a high-quality
• Quality control and inspection work
• Ensure a tidy work environment and follow all health and safety guidelines

Personal skills and experience

• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivation and initiative-taking ability.
• Effective communication skills.
• Paint Spraying experience would be an advantage
