<p data-start="236" data-end="568">This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced <strong data-start="287" data-end="313">Associate Town Planner</strong> to step into a key strategic role within the business. The position will play a crucial part in driving the team forward, with a strong emphasis on business development, client generation, and securing new opportunities across a varied project portfolio.</p>

<p data-start="575" data-end="587"><strong data-start="575" data-end="587">THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p data-start="589" data-end="704">As an Associate Town Planner, you will take a leading role in both project delivery and the growth of the business.</p>
<p data-start="706" data-end="1036">A core focus of this position will be on winning work, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Alongside this, you will oversee planning projects and provide strategic input across a range of developments, establishing yourself as a key figure within the team as an <strong data-start="1009" data-end="1035">Associate Town Planner</strong>.</p>

<p data-start="1069" data-end="1549">* Leading on business development activities and generating new work<br data-start="1137" data-end="1140" /> * Building and maintaining strong client relationships<br data-start="1194" data-end="1197" /> * Identifying and securing new project opportunities<br data-start="1249" data-end="1252" /> * Managing and overseeing planning applications and projects<br data-start="1312" data-end="1315" /> * Providing strategic planning advice to clients<br data-start="1363" data-end="1366" /> * Supporting and mentoring junior team members<br data-start="1412" data-end="1415" /> * Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders<br data-start="1478" data-end="1481" /> * Contributing to the overall growth and direction of the business</p>

<p data-start="1584" data-end="2029">* RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline<br data-start="1647" data-end="1650" /> * MRTPI qualified<br data-start="1667" data-end="1670" /> * Significant experience within a planning consultancy environment<br data-start="1736" data-end="1739" /> * Proven track record in business development and winning work<br data-start="1801" data-end="1804" /> * Strong commercial awareness and networking ability<br data-start="1856" data-end="1859" /> * Excellent communication and client-facing skills<br data-start="1909" data-end="1912" /> * Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop others<br data-start="1980" data-end="1983" /> * A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset</p>
