As part of this role, you will not only manage multiple client accounts but also oversee temporary workforce operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery across all areas of the business.</p> <p>Furthermore, you will become a key point</p> <p>of contact for both clients and candidates. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting account growth, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Managing and developing multiple client accounts across various sectors</li> <li>Acting as the main point of contact for all client and candidate enquiries</li> <li>Ensuring 100% fulfilment across all client requirements</li> <li>Maintaining 100% compliance in line with company procedures and legal requirements</li> <li>Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and temporary workers</li> <li>Managing workforce planning, bookings, shift changes, and attendance</li> <li>Conducting regular client visits and service review meetings</li> <li>Supporting candidate onboarding, inductions, and welfare checks</li> <li>Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth daily operations</li> <li>Additionally, identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts</li> <li>Participating in a rotating on-call system outside standard working hours</li> </ul> <h2>What We Are Looking For</h2> <p>We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
