Job Description
The role of S&OP Manager will be reporting into the Managing Director, the role plays a key part in the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the development & implementation of strategies that will enable the company to achieve its vision, targets & objectives.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Supply and Demand Forecasting
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse, Intake and Operations (internal and external)
- Transport and Logistics
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management
- Supply Chain Systems and Data Analytics
The Successful Applicant
A successful S&OP Manager should have:
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software.
