About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Operations (Info Ops) practitioner to support the delivery, and potentially the design, of an Info Ops course for a military audience in the MENA region. The role requires strong operational experience and the ability to deliver training aligned with NATO doctrine (AJP-10.1).
We’re ideally looking for individuals with experience between OF-2 and OF-4
Training delivery dates are 18 June to 3 July
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver Information Operations training in accordance with NATO doctrine (AJP-10.1)
•Support course preparation, including lesson familiarisation and in-country set-up
•Contribute to course design and development (if engaged for design package)
•Facilitate syndicate discussions, practical exercises, and case studies
•Provide subject matter expertise on Info Ops planning and integration
•Support course evaluation and continuous improvement
Required Experience & Qualifications
•Recent and varied experience in the planning of Information Operations and/or experience delivering Info Ops training to military audiences
•Strong understanding of NATO (AJP-10.1) or comparable UK doctrine
•Experience operating within joint, multinational, or deployed HQ environments
•Ability to translate operational experience into effective training delivery
Desirable Background
•Experience within organisations such as JIAG, 77X, MOD Military Strategic Effects (MSE), PJHQ, or equivalent HQ Info Ops roles
•Previous instructor or training delivery experience
•Experience working in STRATCOM / Information Activities environments
