Sales Associate

We are looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Port Isabel area. This role involves assisting customers with lighting and fixture selections, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.  Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities:  Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner   Help customers select lighting fixtures and related products based on their needs   Provide product knowledge, features, and recommendations   Maintain organized and visually appealing displays   Process sales transactions accurately   Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels   Build and maintain positive customer relationships   Meet sales goals and contribute to team success  Qualifications:  Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills   Previous retail or sales experience preferred (not required)   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively   Basic math and cash handling skills   Ability to work independently and as part of a team   Reliable and punctual
