<div class="benefits"> <div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Flexible schedule</li> <li>Opportunity for advancement</li> <li>Training & development</li> </ul> </div> <div class="trix-content"> <div> <strong>Preschool Soccer Coach (Ages, 2-8 years old)</strong><br>Soccer Shots Madison (Dane County)<br>$20-$24/hour- Part-time  <br><br> </div><div> <strong>Part-time / Flexible schedule</strong><br>Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8.  Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.  We are looking for part-time instructors who are passionate about working with children.<br><br><strong><em>WHAT YOU GET:</em></strong> </div><ul> <li>Great pay - starting at $20-24/hour with opportunity for advancement (classes range from 30-45 minutes long)</li> <li>Flexible scheduling (Seasonal:  Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall)</li> <li>Paid training</li> <li><strong>Availability options (Coaching opportunities at childcare/preschool locations and public park locations) *Times will vary</strong></li> <li>Weekdays (9:00AM-12:30PM) </li> <li>Weekday Evenings (4:30PM-6:30PM)</li> <li>Weekends (9:00am - 12:30pm) <strong> **Must be available for at least one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday)</strong> </li> </ul><div><strong><em>We are looking for instructors who meet the following criteria:</em></strong></div><ul> <li> <strong>Responsible:</strong> Timely, attentive, safety conscious, and committed to fulfilling assigned schedule.</li> <li> <strong>Engaging:  </strong>Comfortable and confident, the ability to keep a group 10 or more children safely engaged, entertained and excited to learn about the beautiful game of soccer.</li> <li> <strong>Enthusiastic & Fun:  </strong>Outgoing, animated, and have the ability to connect with young children (2 - 8 years old).</li> <li> <strong>Patient/Adaptable:  </strong>Recognizes that not every game will go as planned, distractions will occur and patience is an ally.</li> <li> <strong>Professional:  </strong>Friendly and courteous in all communication with childcare staff, parents and administrators.</li> <li> <strong>Team Player:  </strong>Collaborative, dependable, excellent communicator and commitment to elevating those around you.</li> <li> <strong>Soccer Enthusiast:  </strong>Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great working with children, have some familiarity playing the game, and/or experience in other sports- this can work.</li> <li> <strong>Prior Experience Working with Children:  </strong>Must be able to engage and interact with 2-8 year olds and have experience doing so.</li> <li><strong>Reliable Transportation:  Must have a safe and reliable car. You are responsible for driving yourself to your sites.
