About the Role
I’m partnered with a highly respected, Alabama-based private homebuilder, and we’re currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to oversee multiple communities and two key markets within Alabama, with the role being based in Birmingham (they will pay for relocation).
This is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving sales performance, developing and leading a team of Sales Consultants (~8 total), and overseeing strategy across multiple communities. The company is in strong growth mode, and this individual will play a key role in scaling volume and improving overall sales execution while reporting directly to ownership.
