About this PositionThe Veterinary Care Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for referring veterinarians, clients, and specialty services, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient scheduling of referred patients into the hospital. Will triage cases and make determinations of referral placement for each patient.
The Veterinary Care Navigator is responsible for facilitating positive relationships with referring partners, supporting hospital services, and providing exceptional customer service to both veterinary professionals and clients.
Required QualificationsVeterinary Technology or medical field. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Veterinary Technology.
Five years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting.
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Veterinary Technician Specialist (VCS).
