Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a level 3 operator.
In this role you will assemble and inspect products to ensure the highest quality standards, working with a dedicated team to meet production goals and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
We are currently looking for several Assemblers for our site, and there will be shift work.

With our operations based in Airdrie, Scotland, alongside facilities in Boston, Westwick, and Jersey, we are expanding our workforce to maintain our high standards of production.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Production Operators for our day shift team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the high quality and safety standards we uphold. Working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday with a competitive pay rate starting at £12.21 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and oversee production machinery to ensure efficient processing of potato products.
Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed to create a safe working environment.
Inspect and verify the quality of products before packaging to ensure they meet company specifications.
Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Document production metrics accurately and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and timely production.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
RequirementsPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, ideally within the food sector.
Excellent attention to detail to maintain product quality and safety.
Effective communication skills for working within a team-oriented environment.
Basic mechanical skills helpful for equipment maintenance.
Ability to work a full-time schedule on day shifts.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Willingness to learn and engage with new processes and technologies relevant to production operations.
