HRSS Operational Excellence Lead – Process Documentation & Enablement Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a HRSS Operational Excellence Lead for our client’s Brampton, ON area operation.  The position is a 12+ month contract opportunity with REMOTE work with occasional office visits, competitive pay and a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure with a Fortune 500 industry leader. The HRSS Operational Excellence Lead will drive process discovery, process mapping, documentation quality, and enablement readiness across HR operations. This role focuses on translating HR end-2-end processes into clear, standardized process maps, SOPs, and training resources that enable consistent service delivery, Responsibilities:   Process Mapping & Operational Documentation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development Training & Enablement Resource Development Qualifications:   3+ years of experience in process documentation, SOP development, or operational enablement roles. Demonstrated experience supporting HR operations or HR Shared Services environments. Proven ability to document and standardize processes in global, multi-region service models. Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, SmartDraw, or equivalent.
