We are looking for a Store Manager who is the primary leader responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences within the showroom. You will lead by example, motivating and developing their team to achieve clearly defined targets on furniture sales and essential attachments.

Your experience

·         To succeed as a store manager, you will have experience of managing multiple service and interaction led sales environments from a number of product categories across the furniture, homewares, telecoms, banking, automotive or trade sectors

·         Service that sells. You live it, breath it and deliver it. Simple

·         You will have experience of focussing on the commercial and sales performance of the store through supporting and leading a team of sales executives reporting directly into you. 

Day to Day

·         Managing the shop floor, you will be owning the vision and mission, living the values and delivering a 'service that sales' environment.

·         You will be a brand ambassador upholding standards and being a focal point for the team, having the confidence in your own ability to deliver the required results through your team and your management skills.

·         You will love supporting your team and have very high expectations for customer service and be detail focused. Delivering the shop floor management ethos is critical to the success of this environment.
