SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST

Location: Charlotte, NC | Remote-US

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $62.49/hour

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET

• 6-month contract with potential for conversion to full-time

ROLE IMPACT

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting for third-party products and services. This role drives supplier negotiations, improves commercial terms, and coordinates business, legal, finance, and risk stakeholders to execute compliant agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting process for third-party products and services.

• Lead supplier contract negotiations to optimize cost and secure terms that meet business requirements.

• Negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional and technical services.

• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts, including Legal, Finance, and Risk, throughout contract negotiations and approvals.

• Execute supplier contracts following completion of required business, legal, finance, and risk approvals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 3–5 years of third-party contract negotiation experience, including Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional or technical services.

• Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management systems of record such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience negotiating offshore technical services Statements of Work (SOWs) with large global technology services providers.

• Financial services sourcing or procurement experience.
