Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Partner of the property team. Handle a diverse property portfolio: shopping centres, care homes, buy-to-lets, and more. Manage property insolvencies, ensuring adherence to the firm’s strict guidelines. Oversee from initiation to conclusion, maximising stakeholder returns. Engage with stakeholders, delivering consistent quality. Attend marketing events, championing the firm’s vision. Ideal Candidate: Strong academic background. Minimum three years experience; insolvency qualification a plus. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
