About the Role
BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand operator who are searching for an Affiliate Operations Manager to join the team on a remote basis. You will support the Affiliate Team by owning affiliate operations, allowing Senior Affiliate Managers to focus on recruitment, relationship management and commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Onboard affiliate partners. Configure and validate tracking. Prepare contracts. Coordinate commission payments. Maintain affiliate CRM. Produce affiliate reports. Monitor partner performance. Coordinate campaign launches. Distribute promotional assets. Support conferences and partner follow-ups. Key KPIs: Affiliate Onboarding Time Tracking Accuracy Reporting Accuracy Payment Accuracy Partner Satisfaction Operational Turnaround Time Essential Requirements: Experience using MyAffiliates, Cellxpert or similar. Strong Excel skills. Excellent organisational skills. iGaming experience required.
