About the Role
We’re recruiting a creative, commercially driven Head of Food & Beverage to help unlock the full potential of a fun multifaceted operation in Manchester consisting of food & beverage outlets (including restaurants and pop-ups), activity-led entertainment and events.
You will run the operation as if it was your own using your commercial flare maximise sales and develop the F&B business. You will be an inspiring hands-on leader, leading from the front and will take great pride and passion in the success and development of your team.
You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the food and beverage outlets which also include events, ensuring standards, profitability, and team engagement remain strong. The business is also looking to expand more into events and with that in mind, events experience would be an advantage.
As well as having solid hands-on experience as a manager, you will need to understand how a commercial kitchen operates as there will be some cooking and supervising of the kitchen involved - therefore, some cooking/kitchen management experience would also be needed.
This role would suit a passionate all-rounder looking to make a name for themselves in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on management of day-to-day F&B and events operations
Maximising sales while enhancing the guest experience
Oversee daily operations of the current offering, maintaining strong standards
Manage teams, rotas, margins, and overall performance
About You:
Experienced hospitality/catering manager with strong multi-operation experience
Commercially astute with a hands-on, ownership mindset
Strong people leader with sound operational knowledge
Ambitious and motivated by building and evolving a business
