Join our Client's dynamic team in Midland, TX, as an Instrument and Electrical Technician II and play a critical role in supporting our operational excellence. What You’ll Do:
As an Instrument and Electrical Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing sophisticated instrumentation and electrical equipment. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and safety of our operations, working with a variety of tools, systems, and technologies supplied by our Client.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in instrumentation and electrical maintenance
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley, Roc, and Idec automation systems
• Experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI) platforms such as Redlion, Crimson, and PanelView
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and instrumentation systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with fire and gas detection systems
• Experience with process control instrumentation
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in industrial environments
• Ability to operate agency-provided trucks and tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical diploma or certification related to electrical or instrumentation maintenance is preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the energy or industrial sector

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate agency-provided trucks
• Ability to work a 5/2 schedule
• Willingness to work in a field environment with potential exposure to various industrial conditions
